Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone who feels that they can have healthier habits with the internet. Whether it’s feeling anxious about social media, wanting to fight digital distraction or compulsively flicking through your smartphone, if you want a healthier relationship with your digital devices, this workshop is for you.
Who am I?
I’m Sharmin, the Founder of Digital Cooldown, which is all about helping people to nurture healthier online habits. I’ve helped to facilitate workshops and discussions at School21 with young people on tech and mental health, working with States of Mind. I’ve spoken at Glimpse and Woodhouse College on tech and wellbeing.
